This equipment allows the observation and the analysis of the micro structure of samples by micro tomography. The main feature of this instrument is its resolution capability (0.4 - 100um). Mechanical tests (traction - compression - temperature) can be carried out in the tomograph (coupling mechanical tests - micro tomography) for the study of structure - properties relationships.
